Jason was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He has lived in both the Northern and Southern Metropolitan Area. Jason’s 12 years of sales experience has given him the ability to identify and understand the needs of his clients in order to provide the perfect solution. He holds himself to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Jason prides himself on his ability to build strong working relationships with each one of his clients. Jason is an intuitive problem solver and a dedicated individual who strives for nothing less than 100% satisfaction of his clients. Jason possesses an Associate of Applied Science degree in Sales and Marketing from North Hennepin Community College. During his spare time, Jason likes spending time with his wife and 2 boys. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting and simply spending time in nature!

Cari was born in Central Minnesota and has lived throughout the Metro Area during her adult life. Her past professional experiences in human resource recruiting and sales has given her the ability to fully listen to her clients in order to learn their true needs and desires. Cari provides nothing less than top-notch customer service and thorough communication. Selling or buying a home can be both very stressful and exciting at the same time and Cari has the skills and knowledge to assist her clients during important decisions like these. Cari prides herself on her enthusiasm and dedication to helping others. Nothing is more important to her professionally than seeing that the best interests of her clients are served. Cari possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Sociology from Gustavus Adolphus College. During her spare time, Cari enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys. Being outdoors on a warm, sunny day while listening to music is one of her favorite things to do!
